What training does Zenith offer for small and growing businesses?
Zenith Training and Development works with MDs and business owners in Dublin and across Ireland on leadership development, coaching skills for managers, sales training, value-based selling and communication skills, plus 1-to-1 executive coaching for leaders. We don’t have an HR or L&D department. Can you still help?
Yes, and many of our clients don’t. You deal directly with Shiera O’Brien, who scopes the programme with you, designs it, delivers it and handles the follow-up, so there’s nothing for you to project-manage.
How do we stop everything coming back to me?
Usually by developing your managers to make decisions, coach their people and have the harder conversations themselves. Our leadership and coaching-skills training works on exactly that, with follow-up coaching so the new habits hold once the training day is over.
Can you train our sales team and our managers together?
Yes. Many owners start with one team and add the other. Because the same person designs both, the sales and management programmes reinforce each other rather than pulling in different directions.
How long does a programme take?
Most start with one focused day of training, followed by two-hour or half-day workshops and 1-to-1 coaching over the following weeks. Some clients continue with coaching for a year or more; others run a single programme. We agree the shape when we talk.
How much does it cost?
We don’t publish a price list, because every programme is different. We scope it with you first, then give you a clear, fixed quote before anything is booked. No consultancy-style add-ons later.
